About Me

My Name is Danielle I was born in 1987 on Long Island in New York and lived there for the majority of my life. I recently moved to Colorado because I love the nature and snowboarding. I have been a Professional tattoo artist for about eleven years but art has always been my passion.

I started my tattooing journey in 2007 when I started practicing on my friends and family. I’ve wanted to be a tattoo artist since I was about twelve years old and I’ve always loved to draw and paint ever since I was able to pick up a pencil. I had a few people in my life help me get where I am today.  I started my apprenticeship in a shop in Mastic, NY.  It was good start for my career, and I learned a lot. But before long, in 2009, I started working at Michael Angelo Ink in Medford, NY, where I finished my apprenticeship and my career began to blossom. I worked at Michael Angelo Ink for the next 7 years, until I moved to my current home in Colorado.

Throughout my career, I’ve always strived to be the best artist possible in every aspect of tattooing. I put my heart and soul in every piece I do small or big. My goal is to make everyone that sits in my chair love the skin they are in and be able to enjoy a one of a kind piece of artwork for the rest of their lives. I’ve learned so much over the course of my career about drawing, painting, and especially tattooing, and I’m still learning more and more about every aspect of my craft.

I have had many influences over the years. My first influence was my kindergarten art teacher as I grew up learning about Van Gogh, Da Vinci, Picasso, and Michelangelo. The artists that have given me the most inspiration in my tattooing career are my good friends Mike Calderone and Will Walker. They have taught me more than I can say about art and tattooing. I look up to artists like Carl Grace, Nikko Hurtado, Tommy Helm , Phil Garcia , and Victor Portugal, for their incredible art and tattooing abilities. My greatest influence from outside the art community has to be my family, especially my brothers Danny and Eric, because of their continued support throughout my endeavors.
